FOCUS
José Manuel’s research interests involve improving the psychological well-being of undocumented people. There are many factors that negatively impact the mental health of this community, such as deportation, exploitation, and dehumanization. Yet, mental health care is not easily accessible to them. Through his research, José Manuel plans to make psychological interventions more easily accessible to undocumented people.
